Homemade cheese
Continuing the experiments with melted milk, I want to offer you cheese with baked milk.

  • Milk ghee

    1 l

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece


Cooking recipes homemade cheese on the site a lot, so I will not repeat... step-by-step preparation can be viewed in other recipes, my recipe is different, the fact that the addition of baked milk, instead of the usual, the cheese gets soft brown color (the color of baked milk). Put in baked milk curd and bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ready weight drain in a colander, the laid gauze. Drain off the liquid. Curd skip through Mincer. Put in a thick-walled pot, add eggs, oil, baking soda, salt. Mix well. Put this mixture on a medium heat and, stirring constantly, to melt. The melting of the mass begins to drag. Cook for 7 minutes this way.
When the mass melts and becomes homogeneous. Put in a container for freezing (I have a saucer). Bon appetit! :-)
