Description

Delicious, hearty, juicy and tender salad: hearts, eggs, roasted carrots and onions – for satiety, pickle for spicy, fresh cucumber and cabbage - for juiciness. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Cucumber

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Heart

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Cooking

Boiled pig's heart (I was pre-boiled, cool better in the broth) cut into strips

Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Fry separately over high heat in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Eggs boil, cool, cut into strips (I cut the ball-cutter)

The cabbage cut into strips (it is better to take some from the middle)

Mix separately mayonnaise, a tablespoon of French mustard (the seeds), 1 tablespoon of fresh sour cream and a pinch of ground pepper. To dress our salad. It needs more salt to taste (I salted). Let stand for 15 minutes and you can eat. Decorate as desired (flowers from thinly sliced cheese with a slice of pepper inside – undeclared ingredients). Enjoy all the appetite.
