Beet burgers
Try these burgers, you will not regret it! They are very tasty and wholesome, can be eaten hot, and cold!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    300 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Boil beetroot. Onions clear, finely chop and sauté in vegetable oil. Prunes to steam. Ready chilled beet peel and RUB on a grater, pour the liquid (to avoid missing the juice from beet - freeze, useful for soup). Add browned onion (cooled), egg, flour, salt.

Ready from beet mass to form patties, adding chopped prunes inside, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil.
