The most delicious pilaf in multivarka
Under this name I found this recipe 5-7 years ago, when the first slow cooker. Pilaf recipe from the book to the MV I didn't really like. And this pilaf is very fond of: it always work with any meat. That's just the rice need to take always good to not fall apart. I use rice TM "Mistral" Indica.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 piece

Cooking

Meat cut into arbitrary pieces

Onions cut into half rings. Peel a garlic (the garlic you need to take a lot, it gives the risotto a wonderful flavor)

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Select the mode "Baking".

In the bowl of MV pour vegetable oil and fry the onions and carrots 10 minutes with the lid closed (stir once).

Then add the meat, salt it, add the spices, stir and wait for the end of the program "Baking".

Upon completion of the program "Baking" fill rice in a bowl MV, fill with water and select the mode "Pilaf".

After the end of the program "Pilaf" add sobocki garlic.

Leave the pilaf with the garlic in "heating" mode for 20-30 minutes.
