Zucchini Cream with cheese
You like food with a creamy taste? I - Yes!) Come on in, help yourself! Now just the season zucchini-zucchini and where to put them, how not to eat?!

Ingredients

    150 ml

Zucchini-zucchini I have a very young, I don't clean - just wash.

Onions and carrots chop and fry 5-7 minutes until Golden brown.

Pepper cut arbitrarily and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Zucchini cut into rings (or cubes, sticks - does not matter), fry 7 minutes.

The following steps I do in a saucepan multivarki, but in this case, for clarity, we show the layers in a transparent bowl, which later can be baked in the oven. At the bottom laid 1/3 of the roasted zucchini. On top of the cheese, 1/2 of the total amount (I make homemade).

In cream (any fat) add salt and spices, stir (you can sour cream slightly diluted with milk). You can add greens, of course. If you wish to fill, you can add 1 tbsp of tomato paste - you will get a completely different dish but no less delicious!

Pour all the sauce. In a slow cooker sauce I do not regret, as it does not boil over during cooking. For oven sauce to fill need at 2/3 that it is not spilled during baking. Cook in a slow cooker in mode "Baking" for 10 minutes. In the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees.
