Description
After seeing the recipes of this soup on the website and not finding anything similar, decided to upload my own version. It's a little far from classic, but with a more affordable ingredients. In General, it tastes good, and this is important :)

Cooking
It's all the ingredients that we need.
First pour water into medium size pot and leave to boil. At this time, cut the onion into cubes and fry.
Next step: wash and chop the mushrooms.
After boiling water, throw into it the onion and mushrooms. Cook all this over medium heat for about five minutes.
1 sheet nori, torn or cut into small pieces and put in soup.
While cooked onions, mushrooms and nori, cut tofu into cubes (I had it with the addition of seaweed) and also sent to the rest of the ingredients into the pan. Wait another 5 minutes.
Here are the packets of miso paste. I took 2 PCs.
At this stage, do the following: squeezing the contents of the sachet in the ladle, a little dip into the broth and start a fork to stir the pasta in the ladle. This is necessary to ensure that miso paste has dissolved completely, without lumps. When this is finished, cover with a lid and bring to the boil. Boil the soup fast enough, just 1-2 mins (After I tried and realized that there's not enough salt, so add it to taste at the end of cooking)
And here is our soup ready. Bon appetit :)
