Soup with squid, rice and Brussels sprouts
This soup is not difficult to prepare. Seafood lovers, I think, making it for an interesting delicate flavor. This soup is even children from 3 years ( as recommended by nutritionists ).

Ingredients

  • Squid

    150 g

  • Tomato

    60 g

  • Brussels sprouts

    70 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    700 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Figure

    30 g

  • Greens

    15 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

Cooking

Carrots cut into strips, onion - half rings, tomatoes - diced. Fry the onion with the carrots, add the tomato and tomato paste. All together fry.

Cleaned squid cut into large cubes.

Pour water into a saucepan and put on fire. Wash the rice in cold water.

In boiling salted water, drop the rice and cook it for 5 minutes. Add the chopped squid, cabbage, vegetables, tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt (if needed), pepper, add sugar to taste.

Turn off the heat and give the soup a little brew (about 10 minutes). Pour into portioned plates and sprinkle with chopped greens. BON APPETIT!
