Chocolate straws
Rolls of puff pastry for a quick hand - the recipe is not new. Offer interesting tasty filling for these tubes.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    6 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1.5 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

Instead of white chocolate for decoration, I used edible pencils (didn't have time to mess with melting chocolate :) )

For cream - mix Choco-paste, 1 egg yolk, 1-1,5 tablespoons milk and 6 tablespoons of coconut, mix well. Divide into 12 parts. Ready puff pastry (I have a simple, not yeast) untwisted, cut into 6 rectangles, spread the cream on each slice, leaving a free edge. The free edge of the lubricated protein is folded around the sides on the toppings
