I decided to try myself to make such a billet for the winter, because I love tomatoes in any form. Ideally, the tomatoes are dried in the sun for three days. But in our conditions it is impossible. No sun, but there is a gas! Dried in the oven and turned out just fine!
Cooking
Tomatoes is better to take the oblong shape,they are less fleshy.Tomatoes wash,cut in half,and put cut down on the parchment, greased with vegetable oil.I had sea salt with garlic,Basil,oregano and thyme.This fragrant salt I liberally sprinkled the tomatoes.Just want to warn you that the tomato must not be dried on the foil!
