Gentle dough for pies
There are many different recipes for dough for pies. I want to share my. It's not custard, but cooked quickly, only an hour. It is not a dry yeast, and alive. This recipe use 10 years. And will never change to another.

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

    1 kg

  • Milk

    500 ml

The dough for pies always start on a pint of milk, but today I had to do a double. Increased by two, all except the yeast, eggs and butter. So. The milk is heated to a pleasant warmth.
