Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Sour cream

  • Chicken egg

  • Pudding vanilla

  • Milk

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • White chocolate

First make the cream. Here are the products we need.

Take half of the required amount of milk and dissolve in it the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the sachet of vanilla pudding.

The rest of the milk boil and brew it blend milk with pudding, stirring constantly, until thick. We will break the white chocolate into slices and add to the custard, put the cream on the fire, and stir until chocolate is completely dissolved.

Cool the custard to lukewarm, add the butter and beat until fluffy. Then put in the fridge for one hour.

One can prepare the cake. For this mix 2 eggs, 1,5 stack.sugar, 1 Cup. sour cream, 2 tablespoons cocoa, a bag of baking powder and 1 Cup. flour until smooth.

Spread the dough in the form greased with butter and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Readiness check cake with a toothpick, it should be dry.

Cover with second half of cake and pour chocolate glaze. To prepare glaze, mix 0.5 Cup.sugar, 2 tablespoons hot water, 1 tbsp cocoa and 50 g butter. Put the mixture on the stove and while stirring bring to a boil.

Optionally sprinkle the top of the cake with almond flakes or ground walnuts.
