As in the previous recipes start with kneading the dough, which mix well the flour, sugar, salt, to the mixture add water and oil and knead until smooth. From the ready test start working on the figure with the calf.

When it has finished baking, let it cool slightly and coloring(icing sugar+protein)sugar glaze with food coloring and cinnamon.
After coloring sent the monkey for another 10 min. in the oven!!
This turned out to be a beautiful monkey!
