Fish casserole
Flavorful fish and baked potatoes. Simple and delicious. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Cod

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    15 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

Cooking

Potatoes boiled in their jackets. Cool, peel and cut into slices.

Prepared form well-lubricated with sunflower oil. Lay the cod fillets. Pepper.

Bacon cut into cubes, the tomatoes into rings, the onion into rings.

The fish put onions, then tomatoes, and finally the bacon.

Even pepper and pour soy sauce. We use soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Close foil and bake in preheated oven at 200град. 20 minutes. Then remove foil and bake 10 minutes.

Spread the potato slices. On top lay the pieces of butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
