It's just a note. Purchased herring in banks is not always good... Then I make this salad.

Mayonnaise
Cooking
Boiled beets, peel and grate on a grater.
Herring cut into small pieces. If she banks, then it is good to drain the brine or marinade.
Mix the herring with beets.
Mayonnaise to taste. Of course, this salad and some were not with this herring "under fur coat", but, at work or outdoors very quickly goes away.
