Cooking
To prepare salad peppers, wash, clean the inside from seeds. Again wash.
Finely shred the cabbage.
On a coarse grater grate the carrots.
In the prepared cabbage put grated carrots, salt to taste. Slightly mash to make the cabbage softer and leave to infuse. You can add a little pepper, dill and parsley. But it's not for everybody.
Prepared pepper tight stuff the stuffed cabbage with the carrots.
To prepare the tomato filling. Pour into a saucepan the tomato juice, vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt to taste. Put on the fire, let it boil.
Put in pan of stuffed peppers. Pour prepared tomato boiling fill. Let them boil together with pepper. Reduce the heat and cook for 25 minute from the moment of boiling.
To prepare a liter jar. They need 7-8 pieces. To sterilize the steam.
