A dessert of honey cakes
A delicious dessert made with very soft, lush and wonderfully aromatic cakes. For lovers of honey cakes and a sweet tooth! Come, let us to enjoy! Options baking honey cakes for a couple in the recipe I added.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    30 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    5 g

Cooking

To begin, mix all dry ingredients for the dough, except cocoa powder.

Then add the egg, honey, vegetable oil.

Knead the dough. It should get soft but to keep the shape (so the flour can go a little less or a little more).

Divide the dough into two parts and one part add cocoa powder.

Since I have a steamer large holes I made with baking paper, pre-cut (seen in the photo). Wet hands formed dough balls and put in the steamer. Install the program "steaming", time, 30 minutes.

Get these gingerbread! You ask why a couple and not in the oven? Explain: in a few they are soft and tender, and the oven will dry them.

... continue on. Whisk the cream, icing sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer starting with small turns and gradually increasing speed, until soft peaks form. This is the case when it is not necessary to whip the cream in solid foam, and then our cakes are saturated.

The cakes can slide out onto a plate, filling each layer with whipped cream. I took a La carte kremanki, filled them with cakes, filled with whipped cream, sprinkled with grated chocolate and decorated with raspberries and mint.
