Soup
Very easy to prepare, vitamin, vivid, easy and delicious vegetable soup from the vegetable mixture. Suitable for office (if without the sausage). Initially, I cooked it for the fussiest of eaters, because children always want to cook something not only tasty, but also useful, and even make it look appetizing! The soup was very fragrant and colorful, and it was a great pleasure for the kids to dig with spoons around the colored variety of vegetables!!! You can cook it on meat broth, but water is more light and fresh. Help yourself!

Ingredients

Cooking

Wash rice, potatoes cut into cubes, dipped in boiling salted water, cook until soft.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add carrots, grated on a fine grater (but without it, it is already frozen).

Pour vegetable mixture (without thawing) and cook until soft vegetables, 7 minutes.

Ham cut into cubes (tastes better if you fry it separately, and even better with smoked sausage, but it's all a matter of taste, you can do without sausage)...

But I'm a little put out ham with vegetables.

Add all fried vegetables in a pan, put Bay leaves, spices and cook until tender (briefly, 3-5 minutes).

Switch off the stove, sprinkle with herbs (I have frozen dill and parsley).

Bon appetit!!! What a pity that I didn't have at that moment, fresh herbs, sprig of parsley and asks in a bowl.
