I offer my favorite recipe for eggplant. Although it is very simple, but nevertheless, very tasty. Try it, and I think you don't want it even to cook.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp
