This great appetizer I tried at a party, and it started my love for eggplant. Honestly, I do not mind them to stand as my husband... Cooking
So, let's begin. I love it when a lot of garlic, why you used half of the head, you can use less according to your taste.
Eggplant cut diagonally (or circles, whatever you like) with a thickness of about half a centimeter thick, heavily salt and set aside for 20 minutes. Then rinse with water, wring out slightly.
