Aubergine appetizer with fresh herbs and garlic
This great appetizer I tried at a party, and it started my love for eggplant. Honestly, I do not mind them to stand as my husband... Now this dish is a frequent guest on our table, as well as eggplant. This recipe I site not found but if I missed, sorry. So, dear friends, do not pass, prepare, and you will love it!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Greens

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

So, let's begin. I love it when a lot of garlic, why you used half of the head, you can use less according to your taste.

Eggplant cut diagonally (or circles, whatever you like) with a thickness of about half a centimeter thick, heavily salt and set aside for 20 minutes. Then rinse with water, wring out slightly.
