Another yeast cake! What's... yummy!!! Very original presentation!!! And what of the sugar-cinnamon taste!!! Just a fairy tale!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cinnamon

In warm milk dissolve the sugar, pour in the yeast and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes (I made half of the ingredients).

Melt the butter, mix with milk mixture and yeast, egg and flour. Knead the dough. And put on an hour and a half for the approach.

Start forming: divide dough into 3 parts, each roll out thinly. Lubricate the first layer with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (if you like).

Cover with a second layer. And also coat and sprinkle.

And the third layer. Top with butter and sprinkle with sugar.

And we put our layers in half.

Cut into long triangles. Set aside for 30 minutes. Optionally, coat with egg and sprinkle with sugar.

To put for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 180-190 degrees. the oven. Bake until Golden brown.
