Photo of these muffins I saw in a culinary album Svetochka-lolo1313, just wanted to make, but the recipe was not, knew only that they were taken from the Japanese website. Then I liked the recipe for Japanese rolls of Larissa, Laralaram. Well, the rest is all my improvizacija. But what do buns, I think, like your kids, I'm sure they will enjoy themselves to help you do them. The name of my youngest son.

Cooking
To prepare the dough take a small brown sugar from "Mistral".
I have to warn you that the recipe for this dough is not quite normal. First, make a choux pastry. To do this, take 25 grams of flour and 125 ml of water, stirred and heated. In the original recipe suggest to use a thermometer, as it is necessary to heat to 65 degrees.
In the absence of a thermometer, begin to heat it over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes like a thick jelly. Leave it to one side.
Then for mixing I used a breadmaker, although you can knead with your hands. In capacity for kneading put the small brown sugar from the Mistral, salt, milk, vanilla pudding, active yeast, pour the sifted flour ( 525 g).
Add the egg, the boiled dough and water (150 ml). Put the dough on a kneading and second rise. It takes me 1 hour and 40 minutes.
The finished dough should be well mixed (in case if you knead by hand). If it "tyknut" finger, the hole should remain.
Ready divide the dough into 15 pieces weighing about 65 g.
For work, first take the 12 pieces of dough. Roll out each piece into an oval. For the filling, I took sun-dried cherries and white chocolate. Chocolate you need to chop, smash into pieces, I took the chocolate drops. You can take any favorite toppings as desired. Stacked in the middle of the rolled dough a few berries cherries and white chocolate chips.
Close up the dough like a pie, put seam side down and lightly press. The workpiece must be as flat, narrowed and extended at the top. It is possible to mimic the look of the foot.
Put on the baking sheet, covered with baking paper or silicone Mat. Get 12 rolls from this dough quantity. In photo 8, the other was baked separately.
Further, of the remaining pieces of dough take one and divide it into 12 pieces, roll into balls. Here to help to you must come with your kids. I think they will like this sculpture.
Put these balls to pieces, mimicking the "thumb". I did equally as left and right footprints.
Of the remaining two pieces of dough make 48 small pieces.
Accordingly, applying them to our traces for 4 each. Provide prefabricated rolls to rise for about 15 minutes. Put in preheated to 190 degrees oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Rolls-traces of finish. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
And these are my nephews, they are 6 and 9 years old, they are happy to help me make pastries.
