Plum cake with caramel
This is not a pie, it's a miracle!!! I fell in love with it at first bite!!! Now he permanently settle in my kitchen. Try it necessarily.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Drain

    10 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

For this recipe we need such beauties plums.

As well as cane sugar Demerara from TM Mistral.

Sift flour with baking powder and salt in bowl of blender, add 2 tbsp sugar, 50 g cold butter, diced.

Grind into crumbs.

Egg and milk mix and pour into flour mixture, mix with a spoon. Put the dough in a greased baking dish, with high sides, so the caramel doesn't run out.

Wash plums and cut into halves, removing seeds. Lay them on the dough-side down, pressing slightly.

Sprinkle plums with remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon, pour melted butter.

Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
