Cooking

Plums can be prepared in advance. I used prunes. Wash and cut plums into 2 parts. Remove the bones.
On the tray lay baking paper, then halves plums. In the middle, pour a little brown sugar. Need a little sugar, as the process will stand out juice, the sugar will melt and can leak and burn. And we don't want that. Put plums into a preheated oven to 160C for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 100C and valim plum for another 20 minutes. Take out the prepared plums from the oven, sprinkle with brown sugar and leave overnight to soak and steep. I did large and small plums (seen in the photo). Large was the size of a small hen's egg, meaty like that. I dried it. When you jerk, check that the fruit is not dry. Little plum I just baked 15 min. I need them for another recipe.
I bake in silicone molds, if you have metal, then you need to grease the pan with butter and sprinkle breadcrumbs or put baking paper so that the Apple slices in the dough from sticking when baking. Spread a spoonful of the batter into the muffin tin, then put in the middle of a dried prune
Cover the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar.
I baked at a temperature of 170-180C 15minutes. Baking time is approximate because ovens are different.
The dough on the inside turns white. The cupcakes themselves are a little wet from the participation of the cheese and apples and not cloyingly sweet. And the surprise inside just adds to the enjoyment. For lovers of very sweet cakes amount of sugar can be increased.
