I love the combination of chicken and pancakes and represent my favorite option. Taste largely depends on the type of cheese in the stuffing, so that you can experiment with. Delicious both cold and hot. Calorically, of course, so a dish for special occasions. And most importantly - the preparation takes a little time.

Cooking
Chicken fillet recapture, salt and pepper.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater. I like Dutch and Tilsiter.
Now it is the turn of pancakes, you can use any recipe. I bake specially for this dish - 300 ml. milk is needed to make 10 pancakes. Spread cheese along one edge and turn the pancake into a thin roll.
Then roll the pancake, put on the meat and turn the meat loaf. Pancakes should be small, so that the edges do not go beyond the meat, otherwise the pancake will get too dry.
Rolled rolls, put on greased baking sheet seam side down and brush with mayonnaise.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 40 minutes. After baking you can hold for 10 minutes, covered with a towel. Can be served hot or cold, with vegetables as a separate dish.
