Description

Savory cottage cheese casserole
This dish is for those who love casseroles with cheese. But they usually do sweet. I offer the option of no less delicious savory casseroles.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Sundried tomatoes

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Garlic

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

Cooking

Detachable white from the yolk. Leave the protein, and the yolk mix with the cheese.

Add 2 tbsp of semolina and baking powder. I use the measuring spoon (see photo). Mix well.

To the cream cheese add sun-dried tomatoes, chopped greens and garlic (add to taste and, if you wish) and olive oil. Instead of olive oil you can add oil from sundried tomatoes. Stir.

Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until stable foam. Carefully, portions, stir in cottage cheese proteins. Salt and pepper to taste.

Molds lubricated (this number of products I got two molds as in the photo) and put them in cottage cheese. Put in a preheated 180 °C oven, bake until almost cooked, about 20 minutes.

Casserole sprinkle thin layer of cheese and put in oven for 10 minutes. The cooking time given here to portioned molds.

The oven off and allow the casserole to stand there for another 15 minutes.

Pudding can be served hot or completely cooled. As a separate dish, and any vegetable salad. Bon appetit.
