Warm Mandarin dessert
If suddenly in the middle of the night you'll want the sweet, and the cake you bake forgot (or didn't) - no problem! While the guests will sing karaoke to "Three white horse", you'd have time to make dessert! Spending just 5-7 minutes, you will receive an elegant and easy dessert.

Ingredients

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Cognac

    40 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Tangerine peel and separate into slices.

In a saucepan, add the Mandarin slices, sugar (I have sugar "Mistral") and butter. Heat on high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the cognac and cook for 1 minute.

Remove from heat, stir in the cinnamon and mix.

Place the dessert glasses and serve! To serve warm!
