Cooking
Minced vegetables in a large bowl, add the salt, black pepper, spices, egg, starch and mix thoroughly. Apple peel and grate on a fine grater (or chop in a blender), lightly squeeze the juice. Add the Apple to the mince, mix well and remove the meat in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Mix all ingredients for the glaze: 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp orange juice and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
