Description
Tortured nostalgia for the land of Soviets. It seems that the sun was brighter then, and the sea is wetter and tastier rolls. Thank you so much for this recipe to the Letter mariana_aga from LJ.

Cooking
The original recipe suggested to mix all the products knead the dough for 20 minutes and 1.5-2 hours to vybrazhivaet. I divided all ingredients in half and gave the dough the bread maker. The dough turned out a bit watery, so in the process I added more flour.
This half portions I got 16 balls weighing about 50g. Top make cuts and put on the proofing in a warm place. I have a place found only in the oven. I installed the temperature controller by approximately 30 degrees and put it in their rolls.
When the buns "came up," I pulled the pan from the oven and quickly heated it to 180 degrees. Bake as specified in recipe Rostovskom should be 13-19 minutes with steam. Perhaps this means that the oven should put a bowl of water. I just got sprayed with water wall. Probably why the crust of my bread rolls turned out soft and crispy. But I like that better.
And here they are - the memories of childhood and youth! Cut it in half, spread with butter, put a slice of cheese and... what else is needed for happiness! PS Baked these muffins again. On the bottom of the oven put a container of hot water. Turned out, in General, elegant and now with clear conscience I can say is exactly the same, loved all the buns for 3 kopecks!
очень много воды. Тесто получилось очень жидкое. добавила ещё стакан муки, все равно булки расплылись и получились лепешки.
