Garlic soup
Soup easy, quick, delicious. Getting fat with it. Tested!!!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Garlic

    150 g

  • Sweet pepper

    100 g

  • Olives

    50 g

  • Oregano

  • Thyme

  • Bread

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Sweet pepper wash, cut in half, remove the seeds and stalk, cut into cubes. Garlic peel and cut into thin slices. Olives cut into rings.

In a saucepan, heat olive oil, put of trained vegetables and fry them for 2 min. Add the dried thyme, salt, Cayenne pepper, stir, pour the hot broth. Bring to boil and cook under the lid for 5-7 min.

The bread is cut into cubes of medium size, lay out on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200*C. bread Cubes bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until they become Golden color. Ready croutons and season with salt and dried oregano.
