Description
Perfect "dieticheskie e" (compared to fried) empanadas. Delicious, juicy, mouthwatering. With a crispy cheese crust. Come in for a little treat.

Cooking
Dough. In the sifted flour add the egg, grind into crumbs.
After adding vegetable oil, grind again.
Water and salt, slowly pouring in flour crumbs, knead the dough until it becomes soft and smooth.
Wrap the dough in cling film and put in a couple of hours in the fridge.
Filling. Stuffing (I used ready), add onions, crushed in a blender or grater. Your favorite greens, wash, dry and chop. I have green onions, cilantro, and dill, of each kind a few sprigs in total beam. Optional salt. Add the black pepper.
Add the soy sauce. Knead thoroughly until smooth.
Roll the dough thinly, almost like the noodles to the table slightly translucent. Cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm.
On half of the circle put a spoonful of the stuffing, cover with second half of dough and press with a fork.
Put the pasties on a baking sheet (it is better to take boards), brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Baking pan cover with foil, carefully, so the foil does not touch the pasties. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes under foil, then remove foil and bake for 15 minutes without foil.
