Homemade goat's cheese with spices
Recently I was treated to several liters of goat's milk. Decided to make home-made cheese, because goat cheese is a real delicacy, besides its usefulness, it is superior to traditional cow's cheese. And that my tasters did not bother unusual flavor of goat milk, decided to add a bit of dried garlic and herbs.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    2 l

  • Sour cream

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

Cooking

Sour cream, eggs and salt beat with a mixer until smooth.

Goat's milk heated in a small fire before boiling add sour cream and egg mixture and dry spices.

Stirring constantly, bring to the boil, without adding the fire (photo serum is only just beginning to separate).

Strain the mixture through cheesecloth and leave for 1 hour to drained the excess whey. The resulting curd right in the gauze to put under the press and put into the refrigerator. I left for the night.

Ready homemade goat's cheese perfectly cut, and he has a wonderful creamy taste with a spicy hint. Of this number ingredients I got 550 grams of cheese.
