For the competition "Queen of the cocktail"

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Trout

    150 g

  • Green onions

    20 g

Pita bread cut into squares. Spread each square in the baking tins. Cheese RUB on a small grater and pour a little on the bottom of the pita bread in the mold. Put the ramekins in the preheated oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.

Get the ramekins out of the oven. Allow to cool, the resulting tarts.

Finely chop the fish and mix with the feta.

Fill the baskets with a mixture of feta and fish. In the center put a rosette made from a twisted piece of fish.

Insert the feathers of the bow. Finely chop the sliced green onions and sprinkle on top.
