Eateries tartlets
Made these tartaletki for the competition "Queen of the cocktail." Offer the option, where one basis (in this case celery) can be prepared from three salads, and you get three choices of eateries on the plate.

Ingredients

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Crab meat

    150 g

  • Chicken

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Olives

  • Pepper

  • Lettuce

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

Cooking

Thaw the dough and cut out circles with a diameter slightly larger than the baking molds.

Now molds grease with oil, put our mugs and to shape them with your fingers. Pour on top of peas or beans (this is in order to keep the shape of the tartlets). Bake at t* 150-180*C until Golden brown (20 minutes approximately).

Now, make filling. Celery wash and finely chop or grind in a blender (on low speed).

Divide the celery into 3 parts. One add the diced eggs in the other and finely chopped crab meat (or sticks), and the third part is the diced chicken meat.

Each part and mix well with mayonnaise and, if necessary, season with salt and pepper.

Here the shells are ready, take them out, allow to cool slightly, to skin of them peas or beans. And fill them with our salads. I filled each salad two cakes (because my dish fit 6 pieces)

Now, take a dish, spread it on lettuce leaves (or Chinese cabbage) and put on our tarts (so that each species had the same number). Decorate according to your taste. I decorated with olives, celery leaves, yellow peppers and sun dried tomatoes. On each plate I put your ornament. BON APPETIT!!!
