Unusual... And delicious! Absolutely not a classic preparation of potatoes, interesting flavor combinations. Potatoes in Korean can be used as a separate dish or as an ingredient for other salads.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    0.5 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin wedges. Wash in two waters.
