Quiche with tomatoes and eggplants
Continuing with Irina (Irina vip) vegetable topic, I want to offer you vegetable quiche (or pie) that won me over long ago with its simplicity and that it is impossible to eat just one piece, hand definitely reaching for the next. Looked through options, but just exactly is not found. )))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Mustard

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

In flour, beat 1 egg, pour oil and cold water. Salt and pepper to taste. Knead the dough. Wrap with foil and put into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Eggplant lightly prisolit and fry in sunflower oil.
