Buns with poppy seeds and raisins
Offer you a recipe of some wonderful scones.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Raisins

    75 g

  • Mac

    3 Tbsp

Raisins pour hot water for 10 minutes, then drain the water, raisins dry it on a napkin. In a small saucepan boil half a Cup of water, add the poppy seeds, simmer for one minute, then fire off, to give the poppy to stand for 10 minutes. Good in warm milk dissolve yeast, add a teaspoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons flour, stir until the dough aside for 10 minutes. Mac filter, to give a well drain the water, raisins add a pinch of flour, mix well. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg. In the dough pour a glass of sifted flour, stir, pour a mixture of vegetable oil, add poppy seeds and raisins, stir again.

Then pour another half Cup sifted flour, stir and add the soft butter, knead well so that the oil spreads evenly.

Add the remaining sifted flour, knead the dough, if necessary pour a couple tablespoons of flour. Dough, put in heat for 1 hour.

The form necessary to lay oiled paper. Coming up the dough lightly press down, divide into 10 balls, lay not tight in shape, then covered it with a napkin to leave for another 15-20 minutes. The oven to include at 200 degrees. Buns lubricate the beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
