Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    500 ml

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Clean the pumpkin slice and cook in little water until tender.

Wipe, give a bit to cool down.

Knead the dough from flour, sugar, yeast, oil, pumpkin puree. Leave it for 2 hours to ferment, it should increase in 2-3 times.

Punch down the dough, if necessary add some flour - it should not stick to your hands. I have it pilipuk and left, because ended (as always, it's about time!!!))) flour. So, from non-stick to hands dough formed donuts and spread them on the oiled surface. Koshmariki that's what happened to me, so I gave up trying anything to sculpt))) - took out the dough with a wet spoon and thrown immediately in the deep fryer.

Fry our doughnuts to a nice Golden color. Spread on paper towel to remove excess oil.
