Another recipe from my grandmother. She was born in Russia and came to Ukraine on foot and pregnant, to her husband! Believes that these dumplings - true Russian recipe. This is the most her favorite dish so far. Easy, simple, but tasty though.

Cooking
Yesterday I reminded about dumpling grandmother, and I decided to cook them for you. Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add water + milk and vegetable oil.
Spread the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, of which the roll 2 sausages.
Boil in salted water, after boiling 5 minutes.
Do zazharku. Onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a small grater. All fry in vegetable oil.
Meanwhile, with a slotted spoon take out of the pan our dumplings.
Pour zazharku. And... Bon appetit!
