Agree, very often I want something sweet. And start to think of what to eat to without much harm to your waist... Or the child constantly demands candy. And again the idea of how to do it in a way to benefit and not harm. If you are visited by such thoughts, then you are welcome to try the wonderful cookie that consists of a mixture of nuts, brown sugar and protein. With all the health benefits!

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    0.333 cup

  • Walnuts

    0.333 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    0.333 cup

Cooking

Mixture of nuts, mix with sugar and hand mix well to avoid lumps.

Thoroughly whisk protein.

Added to the protein mix nuts with sugar and mix with a spoon.

On with a pastry baking paper spread the mixture with a spoon, forming small cookies. Bake at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes.

We leave our cookies to cool. Only then can they turn and leave for a bit, so their back side is dry.
