Cooking
To start, bake cakes, since they need to cool down: honey melted in a gas in an enamel saucepan, add sugar and soda; the mass should be well down; remove from heat and add the pre-beaten eggs and flour. The dough should be soft, bake in the oven (preheated to 200 degrees) until done, depending on oven. From this portion beyond 5 to 6 cakes.
Now the cream. Milk bring to the boil and throw in the semolina, cook until soft, then add sugar and (optional) vanilla. Give porridge to cool well, add the butter and beat with a mixer. In the end, when the porridge will become a creamy texture, add lemon juice and zest and mix well with the same mixer.
