Vegetable salad
Very easy to prepare and tasty salad without adding oil.

Ingredients

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Honey

    1.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

Boil the rice until tender. I used long grain parboiled rice from TM "Mistral". Long grain parboiled rice is ideal for salads, when cooked it takes on a dazzling white color and loses its perfect shape.

Onions clear, finely chop. Bell pepper, cucumber, tomato and mushrooms (I used canned mushrooms) cut into strips.

In a deep bowl mix the vegetables, mushrooms and rice, then add the juice from half a lemon honey (if thick, then melt in a water bath), salt and black pepper, mix well.

The salad is ready!

Offer the option of filing a meatless salad "Special". For this you will need 3 pieces of small red onion. Onion peeled and make a few cuts to the end, as shown in the picture, then pour boiling water and leave for 0,5 - 1 minute. Then to straighten the bow, get the flowers.
