Salad
We have a restaurant... beer is called "Beer Garden", serving all sorts of Goodies, of course, beer. So I make out this salad into components and now enjoy at home. And even without the beer is good.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Quail egg

    6 piece

  • Green olives

    0.333 can

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Salt

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cabbage shinkuem and spread on a flat dish.

Eggs boil, clean and cut into 4 parts. Spread on the cabbage.

Olives cut in half and lay out the next layer.

Opened canned "tuna in its own juice". The liquid drained into the bowl, and the tuna puree them and put them in a pile on the salad.

To the liquid from the tuna, add the juice of 1/2 lemon, ground black pepper and salt. Mix up and pour our salad. Tear parsley with your hands and sprinkle liberally. All, salad is ready.
