Salad with squid and pickled onions
I have long wanted to prepare this salad, but doubted. Today's dare and I am so pleased that now this is one of my favorite salads! Try it, I'm sure You will like it!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    500 g

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    30 ml

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Slice the onion rings. Put into a saucepan, add: vinegar, water, salt, sugar, Bay leaf, pepper, mix well.

Put on fire and heat up to 80 degrees. Immediately remove from heat and cool by putting pan in cold water.

After the onions cool, add to it vegetable oil and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours to marinate.

Squid cleaned, put in boiling water, boil 2 minutes and remove from heat. Cool and cut into strips. Squid can be cooked in any other way.

Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot or cut into strips, pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, drain the water. Bow to get rid of the marinade, mix with squid and carrot, garnish with greens.
