Indian flat bread
A wonderful alternative to bread. Lean, diet pellet, which can wrap whatever you want. On our website there are some great recipes for these cakes! Mine is a little different. Choose to your taste!

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    110 g

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

  • Water

    175 ml

Mix both kinds of flour, salt.

Separately mix olive oil with hot water. The water should be well hot but not boiling water. Gradually adding water with butter into the flour, knead the dough.

Divide it into 10 pieces, roll each into a ball. Cover the balls with a film and let stand for 25 minutes.

Roll out tortillas.

To heat the pan. Suggest, of course, use cast iron, but I don't have it, so I use regular. When the pan is hot, spread it on tortillas and fry. The pan is not oiled. On one side of the pellet must be covered by small brown spots. Turn to the other side and watch as the tortilla begins to inflate.

After roasting each cake to grease with vegetable oil.
