Preparation can be divided into 2 stages. The first stage – preparatory. Chicken ventricles should be washed and cleaned, if necessary (i.e. to remove the yellow film).

After passaged to the vegetables add the prepared chicken gizzards, salt and spices, and simmer on low heat with cream 40-45 minutes (the cream is added simultaneously with the stomachs) under the hood. As a result, gizzards are tender. Separately it is necessary to boil spaghetti until tender in salted water, drain and season with butter. The second step is to blend our ingredients together and give the dish a final form. This boiled spaghetti should be spread on a tray in the shape of a nest.
In the middle of the blend prepared chicken gizzards with vegetables, sprinkle top with grated cheese and put in preheated oven (170-180 degrees) for 10-15 minutes.
