Leave the mixer. Add peeled chopped roasted peanuts (preferably hazelnuts), starch and vinegar. A circular motion gently stir, careful not to disturb the fluffy texture of beaten egg whites.
Vystelim a baking tray with baking paper. On it put the protein mass in the form of a rectangle, about the size of 23х33см.
Bake at 150*C for about 20-30min. The top should be lightly browned and be non-sticky. It is important not to overdry the cake, otherwise it will not curdle. If it is not removed from paper, then it's not ready yet. Get protein cake.
Turn it upside down on a clean parchment, allow to cool for about five minutes, carefully remove the paper on which it was baked. I have the edge still dried up and cracked when I rolled up the loaf.
On the crust spread the marshmallow cream. A thick layer is not smeared, or he elementary will flow out from the pressure.
