Stunningly delicate nutty souffle in a chocolate shortbread crust. I've been trying to do it, but couldn't find the recipe, but it turned out just in time for the New year. Who then will say that miracles do not happen? Orange-brown cake (tangerine and chocolate) color tiger skin represents the symbol of coming year – a tiger – and prepared especially in honor of this year. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Water

    40 ml

  • Sugar

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    2 cup

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Mandarin

  • Chocolate milk

First make the dough. Mix flour with sugar, add a pinch of salt, then put the butter, cut into pieces, stir, add the egg yolk, water, sour cream, cocoa powder. Knead the dough.

Distribute the dough on the bottom of the form, greased with a thin layer. Be sure to frequently pinned with a fork, otherwise it will be blown up bubble.

Put the form with the dough in a preheated 200 deg. oven for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, make the filling. Mix walnuts, cream, sugar, eggs (3 eggs and a protein left over from the test). It is a liquid, so it should be! (in truth, very liquid, which I always confused. It appears, as it should be, because then you will make a great sweet filling-marshmallows)

Get the form with the dough, fill the stuffing.

Put in oven, bake at 200 deg. for about an hour. Time may need more or less. The focus should be on what forms on top of baked crust, and inside when pressed gently will be, but a wooden toothpick stuck into the middle comes out clean but slightly moist. Then turn off the oven and let the cake cool in it too abruptly settles. Then pull it out. It turns out that this pie, plain and cracked, but this is the case when the taste is much better than view))) and the view is now correct.

Cook the glaze. Milk, sugar, cocoa powder mix. Add water little by little to make like thick cream. Stir thoroughly to avoid lumps. Put on the smallest fire, heat, stirring all the time. When starts to boil, rapidly stir to dissolve the sugar. Then pour the icing on the cake.

Tangerine peel, slices cut in half and put over the glaze while it is still hot and liquid, otherwise it will fall.
