First called it simply... Cookies semolina with chocolate... but a day was born a new name )))) When I bake sweet, they sometimes treat colleagues at work, well, that's when they find out that I was going to drink it ))) So the head is constantly jeering at one of our special lover's home cooking, he says - "You are our Hope already has two sacks of flour!"... and every time he tries to help themselves, meets with a question - "FLOUR BROUGHT before to take???". And now, once again, decided to share the same story, so I played along and said, "I did Not wait for the flour, I had to make semolina!" ))))

Then pour the sifted flour with the baking powder and knead the dough. The consistency is thick, but sticky, difficult to shape, I would call it – "wet sand" on the words ))) Remove the dough in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 C, of the dough with your hands to form balls, about 2-2,5 in diameter, and lay at a distance from each other (about 3 cm). Bake for 12-15 minutes, until Golden edges.

Ready cookies to cool on a wire rack. Immediately after baking, it is soft inside, to wait a minute and it will harden, then easily spatula to transfer it to the grid or cloth.
