Yogurt from warm milk
To make yogurt, and it turns out delicious, sweet prostokvashi, as store. No, better and tastier than a thousand times.

Ingredients

  • Milk ghee

    900 ml

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

Pour into a saucepan sterilised milk and regular pasteurized 3,2-4%. Heat to 40 degrees. If there is no thermometer, you can drip the milk on your wrist, if the skin suffers, it is the desired temperature.

Assets add the warmed milk and stir with a whisk. At this stage add sugar and mix well.

Pour the milk mixture in the cups of eortica. I have a volume of 200 ml.

I get exactly 7 cups.

Put in yogurt maker.

Close the lid. To set the time for 7 hours.

The process went:-). After the time expires, close the lids and put into the refrigerator.

Here's a yoghurt or as I say sweet prostokvasha obtained.
