Homemade sweet cheese with rich taste and aroma of strawberries. Unusual, interesting and delicious dessert that will eat everything, even who doesn't like cheese. This cheese is well combined fruits and berries, so you can use it in salads, prepare fruit canopy.

Strawberries wash.
Grind in a blender.
Filtered from the seeds.
Combine the cottage cheese with strawberry puree.
Bring to a boil.
Strain through 3 layers of gauze for 10-15 minutes.
Add sugar TM Mistral (fruit sugar), salt. Put in a water bath.
Add the beaten eggs, proverjaem 15 minutes until the cheese begins to drag.
Spread in any form, cooled.
